Fine adjustment
Depending on results, fine adjustment is carried out
We are always aiming to improve products through testing, followed by adjustment and further testing.
Checking product status
We carry out stringent testing to our own standards, using TDR (time domain reflectometry) and FT-IR spectroscopy measurement equipment. This analyzes products to check that they function, and that the product conforms tospecifications.
Confirmation testing
The product is subject to stringent testing prior to delivery in order to ensure that it both meets the required specifications, and that there are no defects.

3D printer
From checking product status before volume production, right through to delivery
One important part of our arsenal that has let us use our
accumulated know-how to develop creative new technologies.
These 3D printers let us confirm design drawings received from customers,
as well as perform fine adjustments after prototyping. In order to meet the
requirements of customers, we can also create drawings.
1.Prototyping
Prototypes are created with an American-made 3D printer.
2.Modeling
Based upon design drawings, we create a 3D model of the
product using CAD graphics software.
