Denka has digital controlled fully automatic wire cutting & stripping machines to ensure machine capacity of wire stripping from AWG32 to AWG 8 .Except from that Automatic twisting and flat cable cutting machine& tubing machine give great support to further process of wires. Denka has both semi automatic and high speed fully automatic crimping machines to meet requirement of accurate and speedy crimping without sacrificing quality.
Denka has world wide sourcing ability to locate the type of connectors and wires you wish. Denka also welcome your ideas of bulding different wiring systems and we are happy to work together with your design team and our knowhows.

We are always aiming to improve products through testing, followed by adjustment and further testing.
Checking product status
We carry out stringent testing to our own standards, using TDR (time domain reflectometry) and FT-IR spectroscopy measurement equipment. This analyzes products to check that they function, and that the product conforms tospecifications.
Confirmation testing
The product is subject to stringent testing prior to delivery in order to ensure that it both meets the required specifications, and that there are no defects.

These 3D printers let us confirm design drawings received from customers,
as well as perform fine adjustments after prototyping. In order to meet the
requirements of customers, we can also create drawings.
